Garland join
With Colour A, ch50. Take your first Rainbow with RS towards you and make 7sc in (visually) centre 7 sts of motif, *ch30, 7sc in centre 7 sts of next motif; repeat from * for each motif until all motifs are joined, ch50. Cut yarn.
You can also pick the middle 6 sts to join, instead of 7. I found 7 to be most 'centered' visually.
Tassels
To make the tassels, follow my Tassel DIY tutorial. Sew the two tassels on both ends of the garland to finish off.
