Shipping
All my products are digital PDFs and are electronically sent, not physically shipped. They are sent to the email address you specified upon checkout after payment is confirmed. If you have created an account on Haak Maar Raak and/or were logged in while purchasing, the patterns are also available for download in your 'downloads' section.
If your payment is confirmed via Paypal or credit card provider, and you didn't receive your products one hour after confirmation, send me an email on kirsten@haakmaarraak.nl with your order number and a copy of your payment confirmation, and we will look into this for you.
Returns & Refunds
As my products are digital files, none are eligible for refunds.
