Payment

We process payments through the Dutch Payment Provider Mollie. Mollie is an accredited and well-known payment provider in Europe and will take care of the payment process. Via Mollie we accept multiple payment methods such as PayPal, iDeal and Creditcard payments. Once payment is completed and received, your order will be processed.

Shipping

We do not sell physical products at this time via haakmaarraak.nl. Digital products (patterns) are available for download immediately after the payment has cleared. Please note that each pattern can be downloaded a limited number of times (currently: 5x) to prevent abuse of server resources.

Refunds and exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, patterns and custom made items can not be returned and are not eligible for refunds.
