The full pattern is now available in one post! Check it out here.
Hi there! It’s time for a new update, it has been about 2 months since the last one. Because of my multi-tasking (hehehe) I haven’t got much work done on it. Still, I think I’m about 1/3th through. I have to adjust my planning a little bit though, because some patterns simply didn’t fit and I had to skip those. But hey, we’ll cross that bridge when we get there (Hurrah for procrastionation!)
So in the last update I just finished the shrimp-pomegranate-claret larksfoot and 3 rows of Graphite.
45-46: Bobble stitches in Grape (These bobble stitches look different from the previous ones… I found out I did them wrong, I sort of made double crochets and then crocheted them together… Anyway this is the way they are supposed to look!)
47-48: 240 HDC in Graphite.
49-50: Row of Granny Clusters in Pale Rose.
51-52: Row of Granny Clusters in Raspberry.
53: 240 HDC in Graphite.
54-55: Bobble stitches in Turquoise.
56: Bobble stitches in Cloud blue.
57-59: 240 HDC in Graphite.
60-61: Shell pattern in Lemon. Adjusted from an excisting pattern, I unfortunately lost the link. It’s basically *2 DC, 2 ch, 2DC in 1 stitch*. skip 3*. The next row I started with 2 DC in the first stitch of the previous round, then 2 ch, 2 DC in the same stitch. then SC to the 2 ch of the previous round. It’s sort of like you’re making half shells and every other row you start with half a shell to adjust for the warp in the shells.
62-63: Shell pattern in Citron
64: Row of Graphite. I made a HDC in every 2CH and every 1SC of the previous row with a chain in between. This way you get 240 HDCs.
65-66: 240 HDCs in Graphite.
So that is where I am at the moment! It’s as I said about 1/3th through, it measures about 60 cm.
Next up is the Catherine wheel! I hope it works out because I have been dying to try that stitch, but I never found the right project for it to try it out.
